  • The Hilton Head Community Market takes place weekly on Saturdays from 9:30am - 12:30pm, located in Shelter Cove Community Park at 39 Shelter Cove Lane, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928.

  • Since our vendors depend on market income to support their business and families, we are a rain or shine market. Bring your umbrella and a rain jacket and show your local love to our vendors!

    In the case of extreme weather conditions, we will cancel the market if we deem it necessary for the safety of our vendors and customers. Please follow us on Facebook and Instagram for any potential last-minute cancellations or schedule changes.

  • Instead of relying on donations, we are committed to donating half of all vendor booth fees collected to a different local non-profit each month. This allows us to promote both the success of each nonprofit and our local small business vendors.

  • We have selected all featured nonprofits for the current calendar year. All selected nonprofits are required to set up a table or tent at the market during operating hours of their featured month to promote their organization, share more about their cause, and answer related questions. To submit your organization for consideration in the future, please visit hhicommunitymarket.com/nonprofits.

  • Vendors are responsible for their own tent and setup and are required to have a current Hilton Head Business License to participate. Learn more about the market requirements and submit vendor applications here.

  • The fee per market for vendors is $25. If you commit to a full month, the fee is $20 per market.

  • This is a food-focused market, so non-food vendors and local makers are welcomed but will be limited. Our purpose is to make local foods and goods available to everyone on the island, creating a space for authentic community connection. We want to offer items our customers ask for, so we pair that with the goal of setting our vendors up to be profitable and successful.

  • Thank you for your patience! Our market managers are unpaid volunteers and also vendors that run their own full-time businesses, and will respond to emails as soon as possible Monday through Friday, taking a break on weekends.
